Welcome to AV Home Packers & Movers. By accessing or using our services through our website https://www.avhomepackersmovers.com, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before booking any service.

1. Service Agreement

  • AV Home Packers & Movers provides relocation services including packing, loading, transporting, unloading, and unpacking.
  • Services are subject to availability and may vary based on location, date, and service type.

2. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings must be confirmed at least 24 hours before the scheduled move.
  • 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking. Remaining balance is payable upon delivery.
  • Payments can be made via cash, UPI, bank transfer, or other accepted methods.

3. Pricing Policy

  • Quoted prices are based on inventory, distance, manpower, vehicle size, and packaging requirements.
  • Final price may vary if there are changes in the move scope (e.g., extra items, additional floors, long carry distance).

4. Cancellation & Refund

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the move are eligible for a full refund of advance.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled time may be subject to a deduction (up to 30%) from the advance.
  • No refund in case of no-show or last-minute cancellation after staff deployment.

5. Liability & Insurance

  • We handle your goods with utmost care. However, in case of unforeseen damages during transit, AV Home Packers & Movers is not liable unless transit insurance has been taken.
  • Transit insurance is optional and available on request.
  • Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure that fragile and valuable items are declared and/or packed separately.
  • Keep personal documents, jewelry, and cash with yourself. We are not responsible for such items.
  • Ensure proper access to pickup and delivery locations.

7. Delays

  • We aim to deliver on time, but unforeseen circumstances (weather, traffic, mechanical issues) may cause delays. We will inform you of any such situation promptly.

8. Prohibited Items

  • We do not transport hazardous, illegal, or perishable items.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that only safe items are packed and moved.

9. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes or claims will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in [Insert City, e.g., Jaipur], Rajasthan.

10. Changes to Terms
